Unique talents
Occupational Health Assessment Limited’s Managing Director, Magnus Kauders, welcomed the new additions to the already expert team and commented;
“I am delighted to welcome Alan and Alice to Occupational Health Assessment Limited, not least because their extensive and wide-ranging experience will bring further unique insights and expertise to our already highly qualified and established clinical team.
These appointments demonstrate our strong belief that occupational health assessments should always be undertaken and explained by the most highly qualified practitioners to produce the best outcomes for employees and employers alike.”
The latest appointments come just a few months after Claire McCusker was installed in a new Practice Director role at Occupational Health Assessment Limited and reflects the growth plans of the business and the changing occupational health market in the United Kingdom.
McCusker commented;
“The market for occupational health assessments has been changing rapidly in recent years, and our business is seeing record growth at present. Much of this growth is driven by the increasing demands of the Employment Rights Act, the desire to contain absence rates and costs, and a better understanding of the real value of assessments undertaken by expert specialists.
We have also found that many employers – particularly in the SME space – are struggling to source quality assessments given that some of our competitors have quietly withdrawn from the market at a time of maximum need for such services. We are committed to supporting every employer that contacts us, and our new additions to the team demonstrate this.
We are delighted to welcome Prof Hawley and Dr Penn into the business.”
The expert and highly qualified team at Occupational Health Assessment Limited now represents more than 400 years of combined occupational health, wellbeing, HR and employee benefits expertise.
