[May 2026] This June, The Ivy West Street will host a celebration of Marilyn Monroe in honour of what would have been the Hollywood legend’s 100th birthday. On Tuesday 9th June, the entire restaurant will become an immersive dining experience with guests enjoying a specially curated three-course menu alongside captivating live entertainment inspired by the timeless screen siren.
For one night only, guests will step back into the dazzling world of old Hollywood glamour, where Marilyn Monroe reigned supreme as one of the silver screen’s most celebrated icons. Doors will open at 7pm with entertainment continuing throughout the evening until 11pm. Tickets cost £79 per person and include a welcome cocktail alongside the bespoke three-course menu, imagined especially for the occasion.
Throughout the evening, live performers will bring Marilyn Monroe’s unmistakable charm and charisma to life, transporting guests into an era of vintage elegance, playful sophistication and cinematic glamour. Set against the iconic backdrop of The Ivy West Street, the evening promises immersive entertainment, nostalgic moments and an atmosphere worthy of Hollywood’s golden age.
A specially curated cocktail list inspired by Marilyn Monroe’s life, legacy and favourite serves will also be available throughout the evening. Guests can sip on glamorous creations including the “Mmmm Girl” – a delicate gin-based welcome cocktail inspired by Marilyn’s unmistakable voice and screen presence – alongside “The Blonde Bombshell”, a sparkling champagne cocktail nodding to her Hollywood rise to fame. Other signature serves include “Norma Jeane”, a refined twist on the classic Vodka Martini inspired by Marilyn’s lesser-known real name, “The Blonde Goddess”, a vibrant whiskey sour-style cocktail celebrating her timeless beauty, and “Hollywood Glow”, a rose and rhubarb-infused whiskey serve inspired by the radiant aura she brought to Hollywood’s golden age.
Meanwhile, an elegant menu will be served, celebrating both Marilyn Monroe’s enduring legacy and The Ivy West Street’s rich culinary heritage. Blending indulgence and refinement, the menu features luxurious dishes inspired by timeless dining traditions and classic Ivy favourites.
The evening begins with smoked salmon and caviar blinis alongside truffled steak tartare, before guests enjoy starters including French onion soup with gratinated cheese croutons, potted shrimp with seasoned butter, and heritage carrot with cumin hummus and champagne mustard dressing. Main courses include roasted seabass with globe artichoke barigoule and caviar, roasted lamb cutlets with smoked aubergine purée and red wine sauce, or buffalo ricotta and spinach ravioli with basil pesto and pine nuts.
Desserts such as a decadent fudge sundae, champagne trifle and a selection of cheeses provide a glamorous finale to the evening, perfectly echoing the indulgence and theatricality synonymous with Marilyn Monroe herself.
