NETGEAR, a global leader in intelligent networking solutions designed to deliver exceptional experiences, today announced the introduction of its new NETGEAR Connected Crew, a unified hub for technical enablement. Connected Crew is designed to connect Managed Service Providers (MSPs), Value-Added Resellers (VARs) and installers, as well as their end customers, directly with NETGEAR system engineers, peer insights and training resources. The aim is to help resolve technical issues efficiently, cut downtime and speed up deployment.
“Rapid access to technical expertise can make all the difference to a successful business outcome,” commented Luca Marinelli, Head of Europe, at NETGEAR. “NETGEAR’s new Connected Crew delivers quantifiable benefits that will enhance operational efficiency, improve service quality and support the business growth, not just of our partners, but their customers too. The result is that partners will build greater confidence in the networks they are deploying and managing, and they will be fully supported in resolving even the most challenging technical issues which will lead to stronger and more trusting long-term customer relationships.”
Connected Crew is led by system engineers with deep knowledge across the full NETGEAR portfolio, including Pro AV, wireless, switching and storage solutions. This ensures that partners can take advantage of repeatable configurations across common deployment scenarios and validate design decisions against real-world best practices. Because implementation will be more straightforward, there will also be less requirement for repeated site visits. Connected Crew engineers will also be well positioned to keep partners updated as networking requirements change.
A core element of Connected Crew will be a partner peer network hosted on dedicated discussion forums delivering access to seasoned engineering professionals. Advice on key issues from configuring and managing networks and troubleshooting complex environments through to securing multi-site connectivity will be delivered.
Partners will also have the opportunity to build close working relationships with the Connected Crew engineers as they become familiar with the specific network architecture within customer’s businesses.
As partners engage with Connected Crew, they can advance through membership tiers (crew levels) and unlock benefits such as recognition, invitations to exclusive events and early access to opportunities like beta programs.
Connected Crew is an integral part of the value that NETGEAR is driving through channel initiatives such as the NETGEAR DRIVE Partner Success Program. It reflects the company’s commitment to building strong, collaborative relationships, and ensuring that all NETGEAR-powered networks are supported by the expertise that allows them to perform to their full potential.
