Newcastle-based MBL Solutions has announced the promotion of two of its key operations staff.
Shannon McCollum has been promoted from Finance and Operations Manager to company Head of Operations.
Shannon joined the branded retail gift card programme business in 2019, starting in an administrative role after graduating in law from the University of the West of Scotland.
Colleague Hannah Simpson has been promoted from Operations Administrator to Operations Manager, reporting to Shannon McCollum.
