New strategy revolutionises employee relations and supports high-performing teams

The strategic unification is bolstered by key appointments to the Empowering People Group board.

Rena Christou, an employment lawyer and Managing Director of EPG’s highly regarded legal division, Halborns, has been appointed to the newly created role of Group Chief Operations Officer (COO) for EPG. In this pivotal role, Christou will be responsible for aligning all HR and legal advisory services across the group, ensuring a connected and streamlined experience for clients.

Dave Holley, previously Director of Professional Support at AdviserPlus, a cornerstone of EPG’s service excellence, steps into the role of Chief Customer Officer (CCO) for EPG. Holley will spearhead efforts to advance customer success, enhancing customer experiences and service excellence throughout the customer journey, reinforcing the group’s commitment to unparalleled client satisfaction and user-friendly solutions.

Jim Charvill joins the group as Chief Technical Officer (CTO), bringing a strong background in transformation and cutting-edge software development. In his new role, Jim will drive the next phase of innovation across the group’s market-leading technology, strengthening EPG’s ability to deliver smarter, faster, and future-ready solutions for clients.

Caroline Moore, Managing Director at Working Transitions, remains in her pivotal role on the EPG board leading specialist Career Transitions, Workplace Coaching and Talent Development division. Caroline will lead the strategic direction of services that support individuals and organisations through critical moments of change, from career shifts to leadership development.
